Admin review
Provider submissions start under review and require admin approval before capabilities become active.
Execution proxy
ActLayer posts capability, input, and request_id to the approved provider endpoint.
Trust score
Failures, refunds, and operational issues affect provider trust and future SRG decisions.
Pricing split
Capabilities track base price, provider cost, and platform fee for future settlement.
Payouts
Provider payouts are not live yet. Settlement should use Stripe Connect or a comparable payout provider.
Provider readiness
Public provider onboarding should stay limited until endpoint validation, health checks, timeout policy, payout terms, tax/compliance review, and dispute/refund policy are complete.
