ActLayer is currently in MVP/private-beta readiness. A reviewed privacy policy should be added before broad public paid usage.

At minimum, the final policy should cover account data, agent action metadata, capability inputs and outputs, receipts, wallet ledger records, provider submissions, retention, subprocessors, and support contact details.
